1、PREFACEThe purpose of composing this code is assuring the chemical equipments operatedsafely and economically.This code is composed based on original procedure and according to the chemicalsupervision technical standard of local thermal power plant of nation and the actualconditions of chemical equi

2、pment in this plant If any questions found are not agreedwith practical situation,the modification shall be approved by vice-president ofProduction Department.The water-steam test is made up basing on the standard of The water-steam test ofthermal power plant of Ministry of Water Resources and Power

20、 step to carry out chemical inspection with task asfollowing:(1).To assume to provide sufficient and qualified supplying water.And to make relatedchemical water treatment done well.(2).To carry out chemical inspection for water-steam system in the process of runningand starting.And make sure every i

21、tem waters quality qualified to prevent chemicalcorrosion and salt accumulated on the equipment and water-steam system.(3).To conduct the chemical water treatment of boiler inner.B.Set up the position of monitor,main attending worker,deputy attending worker andassistant in the process of chemical op

22、eratingC.The chemical operating monitor shall work under special vice director inadministration,who must execute the order of the vice director.D.The chemical operating monitor who shall be in charge of throughly leading chemicaloperating is the direct conductor,organizer and technique instructor of

23、 all operating staff.E.The main attendance is the main attending worker of chemical operating group.At thesame time,they are also the first assistant of monitor who shall be responsible forsupervising and leading other attending workers.When the monitor is not on duty forsome reasons or special abse

24、nt,the main attendance shall perform the duty and right ofmonitor.Article Two:The monitors dutyI:THE DUTY1.To organize all class members to study politics,professional work for raising the ideaand skills of servicing for people,completing the product task and every items workersset up by branch offi

25、ce,providing reasonable suggestion and technique innovation,improving the working quality and efficient.2.What the monitor shall master and carry out as following:(1)The chemical parts in technical regulations and safety codes of electrical industry.(2)The operating procedures of water treatment and

26、 water steam inspection.(3)The water treatment system and the systems of water supplying,lyophobic andchemical filling.3.To supervise all members to carry out every regulations and orders of upper levelstrictly in the period of on duty.To make sure the safety of producing,human andequipment.In case

27、any abnormal conditions happened,the monitor shall organizeworkers to carry out some measures and find reasons.And if there is no regulationconcerned the matter,no time getting advice of leaders,the monitor shall enjoy the powerto make decision about the conditions,then to report to leaders.4.The mo

28、nitor shall keep down the received orders and instructions as the time,contentsand person in charge into Order and Instruction Book when he/she is on duty,whichshall be conducted.5.To take seriously to conduct the two working records and the three systems.Whensign the working records,if there is con

29、dition not following the regulations of safetycodes,the monitor shall point out to the maintainer.The maintenance shall be done onlyafter the safety measure taken.He/she shall sign on the working records which shall betransferred to branch office for storage.6.The monitor shall be entitled to preven

30、t and process the class members action ofviolating leaders orders or instruction and regulations.7.The monitor generally works in the field of water treatment,who can not be off duty.Ifgoes out to examine,he/she shall notice to vice monitor or other workers on duty.And incase,the monitor can leave i

31、n special condition with the approved order of branch office.II:Working regularly1.The water treatment equipment shall be examined throughly before handing over workwhen the monitor shall consult to theThe book of handing over work record of monitor,The Equipment Defect Record Book,The Instruction O

32、rder Book and the continualworking record of maintenance ect.2.To learn the inspecting conditions of handing over work of every attending staff,thematter found shall be settled down in time.3.The handover condition and operating condition shall be formally reported to themonitor within half an hour

33、after handing over work.The monitor shall adjust watertreatment analytic instruments after handing over work in daytime.4.The monitor shall carry out twice inspection to every working condition of eachposition.And he/she shall inspect and guide the operators as one of the following case:(1)The shutt

34、ing down and starting of the main equipment of water treatment,excludingthe instruments as floating bed,demineralization pump and hyperfiltration.(2)Start machine and light boiler(3)Wash steam water sample collector(4)The quality of steam and water can meet the standard.(5)There is disorder on runni

35、ng equipment.5.The monitor shall organize and supervise all class members to hand over work,examine,clean up work site according to the work division.And to report the runningcondition and problems coming out in producing of class to the branch office.Then keepdown them in duty record.6.To manage an

36、d equip the equipments,chemical,tools and cupboard of attendingmembers.ARTICLE THREE:THE ATTENDING WORKERS DUTY OF WATERTREATMENTI:The duty of attending workers1.The attending worker shall be responsible for safety running,regular maintenance ofwater treatment system.If the common defect of equipmen

37、t is found,the worker shall trytheir best to solve.In case there is a big problem,it shall be reported to monitor.2.Under the leadership of monitor,the attending worker shall conduct all the orders,assist monitor to finish task on duty.3.When the monitor gives obvious fault order,or its can bring su

38、rely frighten to humanand equipment in the time of attending work,the attending worker can report over grade.4.To be in charge of safety run of reverse osmosis pre-process system and equipmentregular maintaining,any defect found shall be reported to monitor.5.The field shall be mastered and carried

39、out.(1)The chemical part of electrical industry technical regulations and electrical industrysafety code.(2)The related sections of chemical operating code and chemical inspecting code.(3)The structure,feature and working principle of the system of water treatment andmaking,and the running equipment

40、.(4)The structure,feature and working principle of the reverse osmosis pre-processtreatment system.(6)When the water quality does not meet standard,the attending worker shall find out thereason and adjust it.7.Be in charge of making up chemical liquor,taking care of chemical and equipment8.Responsib

41、le for receiving,keeping and maintaining test chemical for water treatment.To notice the labouratory if the chemical may not last for 16 hours.The important notes and the test results of water quality shall be filled in The DailyRecord of Water Treatment on duty.II:Work Regularly1.After handing over

42、 work,the condition of water preparation,water supply andacid-base loss of last spell should be counted into statistical ledger.To examine the waterpressure and flow rate of raw water,the flow rate of flotation bed,water level of box bytwo hours.2.To measure the liquid level of measuring box of acid

43、 and base and keep its data intoattending record after turning over a task.3.To circularly examine the conditions of equipment pressure,bearing temperature,coolwater amount and lubricating oil every two hours.4.It is required to raise the examining frequency and strong the supervision according toth

44、e regulation set up about sample test in code when the flotation is nearly failure.5.To strictly refer to the rebirth steps and parameter in the process of the flotation bedrebirth.6.In the one hour before handing over task,which shall be according to The Regulationof Shifting Duty to prepare all th

45、e work.As well clear up attending room and watertreatment room.Article Four:The duty of attending worker of water steamA.The Duty1.The worker on duty shall be responsible for chemical supervision in the process ofrunning and stop of turbine and boiler strictly according to related regulations said i

46、n ThePower Plant Water steam Supervision Code.In case the quality of water and steambecome deterioration,he or she shall report to monitor and find out the reason and takesome measurement.2.He/she shall be in charge of keeping the detailed test results,changing situation,measurement used of water st

47、eam down in attending record.3.He/she shall be in charge of maintaining chemical feeding equipment and samplecollector,storing and receiving of equipment and chemical which will be lack in 16 hoursshall notice chemical laboratory timely.4.He/she shall be in charge of preparing the phosphate liquid f

48、or treating the inner ofboiler and ammoniacal liquor for water supply treatment.B.To work regularly1.To wash every sample collector for one hour once after duty shifting of daytime work.2.To test the sample quality of supply water,boiler water,steam-gas every two hours.3.To measure the dissolved oxy

49、gen content of deaerization plant once every four hours.4.To examine the chemical system and ammonia injecting feed water system,examinethe liquid level of dosing pump,ammonia pump and chemical box.5.To supervise boiler running worker to regularly pollution discharge at the site after onehour of han

50、ding over task.As well to make record of regular pollution discharging.6.In the period of attending,to strictly control the opening of drain valve of boileraccording to the quality of water-steam.If it is overproof seriously,to report the conditionto the attending monitor and boiler operator.And to
