22、rport has existing conditions and constraints to work with.It is located at a critical node on the main development corridor of Pudong District as well as being on the transportation axis from Pudong international airport to downtown.In addition to the sites close proximity to surrounding large scal

23、e High Tech Parks and industrial zones,Tang T own is well positioned as a landmark city providing complementary administrative,cultural,recreational and residential uses to the area.The site is currently characterized primarily by farm lands with industrial zones to the east.Recent and proposed deve

24、lopments on the site have introduced high-end,villa neighborhoods,T own Hall,T own Cultural Center,and T own Elderly activity center and residences within the site.These uses will remain and be integrated into the Tang T own master plan.浦东国际机场西边的这块18平方公里的基地存在一些现状开发和限制条件。基地位于浦东新区的开发区内，也是从浦东机场到上海市中心的交
