For the purposes of interpretation, the priority of the documents shall be in accordance with the following seque

8、ludes the contract itself, exhibits, construction drawings, explanations of work procedures, tender documents, as well as other documents specified by the contract. The contract documents should be mutually explainable and mutually descriptive. The documents that constituted the contract and the pri

9、ority hierarchy of explanations of the documents are as follows: this contract; the official letter of winning the tender; Letter of bidding and its annex, standards, guidelines, and relevant technical documents, drawings, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), quotation of prices, and project budget. During the i

10、mplementation of the contract, any written agreements or documents between two parties such as change-orders are also regarded will be deemed as part of this contract.合同的组成文件是相互说明的。出于解释的需要，文件的优先次序应按 下列顺序排列：The documents forming the Contract are to be taken as mutually explanatory of one another. 12、 but in case of ambiguities or discrepancies the same shall be explained and adjusted by the Engineer who shall thereupon, issue to the Contractor instructions thereon and in such event, unless otherwise provided in the Contract, the priority of the documents forming, the Contract shall be as follow

15、or documents between the parties regarding this project are deemed as an integral part of this ContractNOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: The following Documents shall constitute the contract between OWNER and the Contractor, and each shall be read and construed as an integral part of the Contract:
