1、工程合同价格条款的表达（中英文 对照）工程合同价格条款的表达Contract Price” means the sum stated in the Letter of Acceptance as payable to the Contractor for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein accordance with the provisions of the Contract.合同是指中标函中写明的按照合同规定，为了工程的实施、完成及其任 何缺陷的修补应付给承

2、包商的金额。合同价格指业主向承包商支付的全部工程款项。The Contract Price” shall mean the total sum payable to the Contractor by the Owner for the Works.;Contract Price means the sum named in the Letter ofAcceptance, subject to such additions thereto or deductions 合同单价含所有直接费用、间接费用、利润及税金。包括为实施和完成 本合同工程所需的人工费、材料费、机械设备费、试验检测费以及合同

13、 Service including the Asset Replacement Fund, priced at the Base Date, and due to be paid to the Contractor in accordance with the Contract together with any adjustments as provided for under Clause 13Variations and Adjustments or arising as a result of claims under Clause 20Claims, Disputes and Ar
