26、for the Project.在工程施工期间，乙方应按月向甲方书面汇报工程进度，甲方应按月向 乙方支付工程款项；During the time of construction of the Project Party B shall make monthly report in writing to Party A on the progress of the construction work, and Party A shall make monthly payment to Party B for construction of the Project.工程全面完工并经双方验收合格后，

30、y shall be borne by the Purchaser.买方应足额支付卖方恰当地开出发票的所有金额，且不应带有任何抵销、 反索赔或任何扣除额，而且不受任何结算、折扣或其他特殊支付条款的 约束。All sums duly invoiced by the Supplier shall be paid in full by the Purchaser without any set off, counterclaim of deduction whatsoever and are not subject to any settlement, discount or other special terms of payment.
