1、委托招聘协议书Recruitment Agreement兹有(以下简称甲方 ) 和_（以下简称乙方），本着公平、公正的原则，根据有关法律、政 策，经甲、乙双方协商达成以下协议：Based on the principle of justice and equity, (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and_.(hereinafter referred to as Party B) presently reach an agreement through negotiation pursuant to the relevant laws and poli

2、cies.一、 委托招聘内容：甲方委托乙方招聘 等 个岗位，共 名。甲方对岗位的职责描述，候选人条件及报酬承诺见委托招聘岗位具体要求表（附件一）Subject ：Party A entrusts Party B to recruit the position of , in all: .The Job Description, the Candidates Qualifications and the Remuneration Package are specified in Attachment 1, namely, RECRUITMENT FORM.二、 双方应承担的工作事项：Respon

3、sibilities of each party（一）甲方甲方应向乙方提交营业执照复印件，并真实地提供企业的经济性质、经营范围、注册资金、规模大小、发展前景及资质情况，以便乙方正确理解委托招聘岗位 的要求和客观负责地向候选人介绍聘方情况。Party AParty A should present Party B faithfully the copy of the business license, and such information as its economic nature, business scope, registered capital, size, and the ent

4、erprise prospects so that Party B could have a better understanding of the requirements of the job vacancy and then exchange ideas with the candidates.（二）乙方1 、乙方根据甲方的要求在人才信息库中搜寻筛选或定向猎取合适人选，予以推荐。首次推荐人选应在本协议生效后贰周内完成。2 、乙方向甲方推荐人选时，应对候选人的工作能力、工作业绩进行查证，并运用科学方法，对人选作相应的经营者能力测评或综合素质评估，写出推荐报告，力求客 观、全面地向甲方介绍候

5、选人的情况。3 、乙方在征得甲方和候选人同意后，组织双方面试。面试的内容与甲方协商后予以安排。面试后，若甲方认为候选人不合适，则由乙方重新推荐合适人选。4 、乙方在甲方确认录用人选后，可协助甲方与被录用者签订聘用合同和确定试用期（试用期一般为三个月，最长不超过六个月），并协助甲方办理被录用者的有关调 动及人事管理手续。Party B1. Party B should search for and select the proper candidates in the talent database, and then recommend the suitable candidates to p

6、arty A. The first recommendation must be completed withintwo weeksafter this agreement takes effect.2. Party B should check the working abilities and achievements of the candidates, conduct the ability tests or comprehensive quality evaluation in a scientific way. Furthermore, Party B should prepare

7、 an objective candidate recommendation report.3. With the prior consent of the Party A and the candidates, Party B will organize the former two parties for interview. The subjects for the interview will be decided after negotiation with Party A. After interview, if Party A is unsatisfied with the ca

8、ndidates, Party B should re-recommend another batch of more suitable candidates according to the feedback of Party A.4. After Party A determines to enroll the candidate, Party B can assist Party A to sign an employment contract with the enrollee and specify the probation period (normally three month

9、s, even under special conditions no longer than six months). Meanwhile, Party B should assist Party A to deal with the formalities of personnel transfer and personnel administration thereof.三、 费用及付款方式Fee and payment1 乙方按候选人岗位税前年总收入的 20%-30% 向甲方收取委托招聘服务费人民币（大写） 元 / 位，共计 元整 。具体支付办法为：1). 本协议签订之日，甲方支付乙方

10、定金（大写） 元 / 位，共计 元 整；2). 甲方确定候选人，该候选人在甲方上班后七天内 , 甲方应向乙方支付余款计人民币（大写） 元 整。1. Based on 20%-30% of the pre-tax annual income of the candidates post, Party A should pay the service fee (sum in words) RMB with the terms of payment as the following:1.1 The down payment (sum in words) RMB will be paid on the

11、 date of signing this agreement .2.2 Within seven days after the candidate start to work in Party A, Party A should pay the rest part of service fee (sum in words) RMB to Party B.2.1). 乙方若未能在 月 日前推荐出甲方满意的人选，甲方可要求解除本协议，乙方已经收取的元定金作为该项目的实际运做成本。2). 若甲方面试后对乙方推荐的人选不满意，并认为无需再继续推荐，要求解除协议的，乙方已经收取的元定金作为该项目的实际

12、运做成本。3). 甲方在试用期内发现被录用者不能胜任工作而辞聘或被录用者在试用期内自行辞职的，乙方可免费为甲方重新推荐合适人选 ;2.2.1. Party A may terminate this agreement in case Party B cant recommend the suitable candidates before . Moreover, Party B can regard the down payment (sum in words) RMB as the actual cost of this project.2.2. In case after the inte

13、rview Party A is unsatisfied with the candidates recommended by Party B, decides not to carry on the recommendation and requires to terminate the agreement, Moreover, Party B can regard the down payment (sum in words) RMB as the actual cost of this project.2.3 In case during the probation period Par

14、ty A dismisses and the enrollee because of the enrollees incompetence to do the job, or the enrollee resigns, Party B should re-recommend another proper candidate free of charge.四、附则1 、双方以“公平、公正、守信、诚意”为原则，共同遵守和实施以上招聘事宜。未经乙方同意，甲方不得私下与被推荐人联系或达成有损乙方利益的约定。一旦发现 作违约处理，乙方有权中止覆约，并没收已收的全部费用。2 、本协议经双方签署，自甲方付入

15、定金之日起壹年内有效。3 、本协议未尽事宜，由双方协商解决。4 、本协议内中英文不一致之处，以中文为准。5 、本协议一式二份，双方各执一份。Additional clauses1. Based on the principles of “equity, impartiality, honesty, and sincerity”, both parties should comply with and implement the above-mentioned clauses. Party A is not permitted to contact with the candidate or r

16、each any agreements harmful to the interests of Party B under the table without the prior consent of Party B. Provided that the said matters were found, it would be treated as breach of the agreement. Consequently, Party B has the authority to terminate this agreement and confiscate all the fees.2.

17、This agreement will not take effect until both parties sign it and Party A pays Party B the down payment. In addition, it will be valid forOne year.3. Provided that any case turns up that is not covered in this agreement, Party A and Party B should settle it through friendly negotiation.4.Provided t

18、hat any discrepancies turn up between the Chinese version and English version of this agreement, both parties should abide the Chinese version.5.
