1、委托招聘协议书Recruitment Agreement兹有(以下简称甲方 ) 和_(以下简称乙方),本着公平、公正的原则,根据有关法律、政 策,经甲、乙双方协商达成以下协议:Based on the principle of justice and equity, (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and_.(hereinafter referred to as Party B) presently reach an agreement through negotiation pursuant to the relevant laws and poli
2、cies.一、 委托招聘内容:甲方委托乙方招聘 等 个岗位,共 名。甲方对岗位的职责描述,候选人条件及报酬承诺见委托招聘岗位具体要求表(附件一)Subject :Party A entrusts Party B to recruit the position of , in all: .The Job Description, the Candidates Qualifications and the Remuneration Package are specified in Attachment 1, namely, RECRUITMENT FORM.二、 双方应承担的工作事项:Respon
3、sibilities of each party(一)甲方甲方应向乙方提交营业执照复印件,并真实地提供企业的经济性质、经营范围、注册资金、规模大小、发展前景及资质情况,以便乙方正确理解委托招聘岗位 的要求和客观负责地向候选人介绍聘方情况。Party AParty A should present Party B faithfully the copy of the business license, and such information as its economic nature, business scope, registered capital, size, and the ent
4、erprise prospects so that Party B could have a better understanding of the requirements of the job vacancy and then exchange ideas with the candidates.(二)乙方1 、乙方根据甲方的要求在人才信息库中搜寻筛选或定向猎取合适人选,予以推荐。首次推荐人选应在本协议生效后贰周内完成。2 、乙方向甲方推荐人选时,应对候选人的工作能力、工作业绩进行查证,并运用科学方法,对人选作相应的经营者能力测评或综合素质评估,写出推荐报告,力求客 观、全面地向甲方介绍候
5、选人的情况。3 、乙方在征得甲方和候选人同意后,组织双方面试。面试的内容与甲方协商后予以安排。面试后,若甲方认为候选人不合适,则由乙方重新推荐合适人选。4 、乙方在甲方确认录用人选后,可协助甲方与被录用者签订聘用合同和确定试用期(试用期一般为三个月,最长不超过六个月),并协助甲方办理被录用者的有关调 动及人事管理手续。Party B1. Party B should search for and select the proper candidates in the talent database, and then recommend the suitable candidates to p
6、arty A. The first recommendation must be completed withintwo weeksafter this agreement takes effect.2. Party B should check the working abilities and achievements of the candidates, conduct the ability tests or comprehensive quality evaluation in a scientific way. Furthermore, Party B should prepare
7、 an objective candidate recommendation report.3. With the prior consent of the Party A and the candidates, Party B will organize the former two parties for interview. The subjects for the interview will be decided after negotiation with Party A. After interview, if Party A is unsatisfied with the ca
8、ndidates, Party B should re-recommend another batch of more suitable candidates according to the feedback of Party A.4. After Party A determines to enroll the candidate, Party B can assist Party A to sign an employment contract with the enrollee and specify the probation period (normally three month
9、s, even under special conditions no longer than six months). Meanwhile, Party B should assist Party A to deal with the formalities of personnel transfer and personnel administration thereof.三、 费用及付款方式Fee and payment1 乙方按候选人岗位税前年总收入的 20%-30% 向甲方收取委托招聘服务费人民币(大写) 元 / 位,共计 元整 。具体支付办法为:1). 本协议签订之日,甲方支付乙方
