1、Unit8.语法，知识点，写作背默过去进行时请仔细观察以下例句中的黑体部分，并掌握结论部分的内容。【例句】1. My mother was cooking dinner at 6 p.m. yesterday.2.1 was not sleeping at home from 7:00 to 9:00 yesterday evening.3. - Were you playing football at that time? - Yes, I was. / No, I wasnt.4. 2、ty.【结论】通过观察我们得知，上面四个例句都使用了过去进行时。过去进行时的用法1 .过去进行时表示过去某一时刻正在发生的动作，常与at 6 p.m. yesterday, at that time等时间状语连用，如 例句1、3o2 .过去进行时表示过去某一段时间内持续的动作，常与from 7:00 to 9:00 yesterday evening等时间状语连用， 如例句2o3 .过去进行时表示在过去某一个动作发生时，另一个动作也正在发生，如例句4。过去进行时的句式结构1 .肯定句：主语+ was/were +动词现在分词+其他，如例句1、4。2 .否定句：主语+ was/were + no

3、t +动词现在分词+其他，如例句2。3 .一般疑问句：WasAVere +主语+动词现在分词+其他，如例句3。肯定回答：Yes,主语+ was/were.否定回答：No,主语+ was/were + not.【拓展】当主句的时态是过去进行时,while引导的时间状语从句的谓语动词必须是延续性动词，用过去进行时； 而when引导的时间状语从句的谓语动词既可以是短暂性动词，也可以是延续性动词。如果是延续性动词, 用过去进行时；如果是短暂性动词，则用一般过去时。如：He was playing games when/while I was singing songs, （sing 是延续,性动词）W
