2、拟出以下四点实施策略：（）坚持做人为本，尊师重道，治学为先；（二）勤奋刻苦，不畏艰难.努力上进；（三）虚怀若谷，勇于学习、善于学习，多向老师、同门等等请教：（四）坚持锻炼身体.健强体魄，以完成繁重的学习科研任务。三、实施方案（）认真听课，提高专业水平 认真学习外语同时，认真听取博士生导师所带的课程。除了研修课程外，参与学术活动也是直接接受知识和领悟专家思想的有效途 径。（二）广泛阅读，拓展知识面，首先，按照导师的要求，按时完成阅读书目。其次，系统阅读导师的专著，梳理相关论文，列出相关书籍作为本人的 必读书目。通过阅读专业书籍和文献，加强理论修养，寻求研究的突破点。心整理的行政文员岗位职责供大家
