1、专题0 9应用文写作【通知】2023年高考英语满分作文万能句型+写作模板+真题+训练【文 章 结 构】通知可分为口头通知和书面通知。这两种通知在格式上有较大区别：第一部分：（1）书面通知的常见形式有一般通知、布 告、海报等。时间、地点、参加者、内容及注意事项是通知的要 点，应 直截了当-予以说明。一 般 在 通 知 的 正文上方居中写标题Notice或Announcement。书面通知一定要有发通知的时间及落款。（2）口头通知一般没有标题，也没有发出通知的时间。发布口头通知首先需说明被通知的对象，在正文前面加称呼。另夕卜,口头通知中常使用Bequite,please!或Mayl have yo

2、ur attention?或Attention,please!等以引起注意。口头通知可以用比较随意的语言。结束语常用“That sail.表明通知的结束。另外结尾处常有Thank you.之类的客套语。第二部分：包括通知的对象、事 由、时 间、地 点 等。语言应简洁明了，条理清晰，要求明确，特别是时间概念很重要,必须写得十分明确，不容丝毫含糊。第三部分：（1）口头通知结尾常说That s all.Thank you.或Thank you for listening.等，以示礼貌。口头通知无需说明发布通知的日期和发布通知的人（单位）。（2）书面通知没有结束语。但是应明确写出通知的单位和日期。通知
