Be responsible of product development budget assuring the observance of costs, expenses and Customer contributi

2、on. 3. Manages product development resources inside own program area. 4. Has the responsibility to prepare and implement the “initiative” for investment approval in case of new products. 5. In the acquisition order activity, gives support to Commercial Department (KAM) in preparing and discussing th

3、e offer in front of Customer. 6. Sustains the proposal coming from Manufacturing aiming improving quality performances. 7. Guarantees the engagement with Customers in terms of requirement, timing and deliverables. 8. Through the Project Leader, manages the product development activities verifying mi

4、lestones achievement and targets (timing, quality, cost). 9. Controls the cost evolution and the extra cost in the launch phase paying attention to contribution margins, defining GIRC and efficiencies plans to achieve the expected profitability levels. 10. Promotes actions to reduce cost on on-going

5、 products. 11. In the development phase, assures the link and the coordination between RD, Industrial, Quality and Sourcing. 12. Other tasks assigned by the manager. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering or relevant; 2. Min. 7 years working experiences, 3 years at man

6、agerial role, auto industry is preferred; 3. Knows theory of FMEA; 4. Capacity to apply APQP, PPAP, ISO/TS16949, Cost Control, Profitability Management, Product Industrialization Understanding, P2. 5. Good knowledge of Program Management. 6. Good communication skill both in internal and external contact; 7. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software; 8. Fluent English both in oral and written; 管理系统项目经理岗位 3
