21、女生对抗赛的形式进行评价。本节课课堂上采用生动的手势、鼓励的语言、信任的眼神加强师生间的情感交流，在轻松愉悦、民主、和谐的环境气氛中，让学生积极主动参与，使学生产生强烈的求知欲望。Inthisclass,vividgestures,encouraginglanguageandtrusteyesareusedtostrengthentheemotionalcommunicationbetweenteachersandstudents.Intherelaxed,happy,democraticandharmoniousenvironmentatmosphere,studentscantakethe

22、initiativetoparticipate,sothatstudentshaveastrongdesireforknowledge.Themainevaluationmeansistheformofmaleandfemaleantagonism.Themainmethodistoadoptthemethodofincentiveevaluation。点评之一（教育局曾生翠老师）在本节课中，授课教师通过形式多样的活动，引导学生进行发现式的学习，通过观察、体验、感知并归纳字母组合ar/al在单词中的发音。教师通过创设整体语境，利用大量直观、生动而又地道的视频资源，提供给学生多种形式的感知机会；

23、又通过设计合作性的趣味游戏，提供给学生大量时间和内化语言的机会，学生在教师的引导下养成了良好的发音习惯，模仿了正确的发音，自主发现了语音规则并及时内化，有效输出。真正达到了语音教学的最终目的“见词能读、听音能写”。本节课在设计和组织上有以下几个特点： 1.注重激发学习兴趣，吸引学生主动参与。 2.善于创设情景，构建有意义的整体语境 3.利用合作性游戏，引导学生有效内化发音规律 4.善用活动，善做铺垫，层层递进 然而，本节课也有一些需要改进的地方。例如，在热身启动环节时教师选择的phonics song学生不会唱，和老师配合的不够默契。另外，在尝试拼读新词环节，学生在拼读完了有规律的新词后，教师

24、可以打乱单词顺利，再让学生去拼读，可能更能培养学生的自然拼读能力。另外，在本节上授课教师虽然采用了分组评价，对学生参与课堂的表现也进行了适时地评价，注重用“Excellent./Super./sounds great./Good job”等激励性语言及贴画等对学生进行表扬，但评价形式只停留在教师对学生的评价上，缺乏学生的自评和互评。这些问题需要在以后的教学中进一步加以改善。 点评之二（茂县凤仪小学翟宗丽老师） 陈老师的这节课是一节清晰、自然、扎实的小学英语语音课。陈老师遵循语音教学的目标和要求，设计和采用了多样的教学活动，注意调动学生的学习积极性，切实关注课堂教学的时效性，具体设计有以下几点：

25、 准教学目标定位准确 本节课陈老师充分研读教材，把握教学目标，结合教学内容小学学生的学习特点，在教学过程中对学生进行学习方法的渗透及学生观察，发现，思维，总结归纳和拼读能力的培养。清教学环节清晰本节课看似平淡，却处处体现了语音课的基本模式，体现了授课教师的巧妙用心。教师通过复习字母发音，呈现例词，观察例词外形，听例词的发音，通过听音感受发音的共同点，接着听音模仿，总结例词发音规律，拆分单词的读音，层层深入，将听说训练与拼读训练有机结合起来,由足够的听说练习,再进入拼读训练,听说读写不断交叉混合使用,最终达到了学生见词能读、听音能写的教学效果。实教学过程扎实有效在教学过程授课教师是引导者、学生才是课堂真正的主人，因此一切教学活动都应以学生为中心，让学生在教学活动中扎扎实实的学习语言，在语音教学中提高学生的自然拼读能力。
