Of course the teachers1 professional and academic standards are also important in implementing course goals and ensuring
19、desired outcome. Unnecessary courses and poor quality teaching can only lead to wasting time if students are forced to attend such courses. Secondly those students at the top of the class and most competitive in their learning and also capable of studying independantly do not have to attend all the
20、courses offered by the school curriculum. They should be encouraged to learn more under the tutors individual guidance instead of studying what they already know. In many world famous universities like Harvard and Cambridge students spend much less time attending lectures. They gain their knowledge
