1、英语作文读后感500After I read these two different versions of Cinderella, I found there are many similarities and differences between them.First, I will go over the mon things that these two books have.They both have very similar characteristics.For example, Cinderella is always a very beautiful and nice g

2、irl.She has to do all the hard and dirty work under the discipline of bad characters.Bad characters are monly involved in these stories.For example, Yeh-Shen had a wicked stepmother, who promoted her own child, but was very mean to her.Rhodopis, a Greek slave girl living in Egypt, had her panion ser

3、vants who made fun of her appearance and kept distance from her.Second, they have both have a similar plot and theme.Both stories have a good ending toward their destiny.In both versions of Cinderella, they finally get great rewards and marry to the royalties.Third, there are always some belongings

4、being taken away from Cinderella.Elegant dresses, shoes, and rose-red slippers oftenplay important roles in these stories.For example, in the Chinese version of Cinderella, Yeh- shen lost the gold shoes in a huge parade.The king got the shoes and found a long way to find the right person who could f

5、it in it.Fourth, they are all attributed to the supernatural or animals.In the Chinese version of Cinderella, Yeh-Shen was helped by the Fish spirit, and Rhodopis was helped by the falcon.Fifth, the most but not the least, they are both illustrated by beautiful colors and textures to describe the st

6、ory of Cinderella.This is especially true in the story of the Egyptian Cinderella, which presents great details of life in ancient Egypt.Certainly, there are also some differences between these two books.The Egyptian Cinderella was based on a true story of ancient Egypt to some extent .This is unlik

7、e other fairy tales, which use a lot of imagination.In the history of ancient Egypt, Rhodopis did marry to the King Pharaoh Amasis.Furthermore, there is no punishment to bad charactersin the Egyptian version of Cinderella.I like the Chinese version of Cinderella better becauseit originated from Chin

8、a.I have heard this type of story a long time ago.It has some sort of traditional Chinese culture valuesand elements inside the story as well.In addition, it was illustrated by Ed.Young whom Ihave very strong respect for.To conclude, no matter whether they are western or eastern versions of Cinderel

15、iving thing.Without it we can t live.But now the weather is worse and worse.As you know, people felled such a lot of trees that the air is not clean and safe.And there are too many cars running in the streets in the city .The gas which the cars spread out is full poison.Every day we breathe bad air

16、in and out.Its bad for our health.It makes people ill.We must have fresh air to keep us healthy.So we must do something to keep our air clean.For example, we walk and ride our bike instead of driving a car.We also try to do the best to plant more and more trees.Human being is not only face the probl

17、ems of water pollution , air pollution and forest destruction but also the unpleasant weather and decreasing of planting land.planting trees Trees can stop the wind blowing the soilaway.It will prevent the sand moving towards the rich famland in the south.Planting more trees is good for a lot of lan

18、d.But more Great Green Walls are still needed, and not only in China.They must be built all over the world.In addition, planting trees helps improve and beautify the environment.Lets take action The old Chinese proverbs many hands make light work and many a little makes a mickle are perfectly right.

20、 and newspapers and sell them.5) Make posters to tell others what they can do for our earth.6) Write on both sides of my paper.7) Turn used paper into note pads.8) Make jewelry using aluminum cans.9) Use glass jars to store things in.If everyone can do for our earth, the earth will be beautiful and safe.Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycle them.If we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner pla in the future.In a word, there is a long way to go before we enjoy a clean and fortable earth.
