The possible situation is that the patient is no longer able to express himself. In this case we have no way to find out his opinion and thus should not be allowed to depri
14、ve him of his right to live on. Meanwhile it is really unacceptable in terms of emotion for the patients family to sign a file which will take away one of their family members for ever. In short euthanasia helps extricate both incurable patients and their families from the painful situation. However
