44、必须要背单词。但为什么有的人能掌握上万单词，有的人背起单词来却头昏脑胀、边背边忘，以致很快失去了学英语的兴趣和信心？答案在于记忆是有规律的，只有遵循规律、战胜遗忘才能更好的记忆。我们对付遗忘的战略是：1、循环记忆校正遗忘曲线2、科学分组记忆利用“魔数之七”原理3、语境记忆6篇文章贯通本书词汇一、 循环记忆校正遗忘曲线 德国心理学家艾宾浩斯编制了一些无意义音节作为记忆材料，反复背诵这些材料，当刚能背诵时就暂时放到一边，这时记忆的材料随着时间的流逝发生遗忘，以至于不能背诵或不能够全部背诵。然后再进行第二次学习，达到同第一次一样能背诵的程度。比较这两次背诵所用的时间，并以第二次背诵比第一次背诵所节省
