1、八年级英语下册 M8U1知识讲解1.Time off 假期；休息时间常见搭配：have time off 休假Eg: She wants to have time off next week.她下周想要休假。2.Be popular with “受.欢迎”Eg: The movie star is popular with the young.这个电影明星受年轻人欢迎。3.Here we are. 我们在这里。 是一个部分倒装句注意：如果主语是代词则用部分倒装；如果主语是名词则用完全倒装Eg: Here is the bus. 公交车在这。4.welcome to + 地点 “欢迎来到某地”

2、当地点为here, there, home时，要省略towelcome (形容词) “受欢迎的；不必感谢的”Eg: Hes a welcome teacher.他是一名受欢迎的老师。- Thank you. 谢谢。- Youre welcome. 不客气。welcome (名词) 欢迎；迎接give sb.a warm welcome 热烈欢迎某人Eg: They give us a warm welcome.他们热烈欢迎我们。welcome (动词) 欢迎Eg: Were welcoming the new teacher.我们正在欢迎新老师。5.so + 形容词 + that “如此以至于

3、”Eg: He was so angry that he couldnt say a word.他如此生气以至于他一句话也说不出。such + 名词 + that “如此以至于”Eg: He was a cute boy that everyone likes him.他是如此可爱的男孩以至于每个人都喜欢他。so that “以便;为了” 用来表目的，常与can, could连用Eg: I got up early so that I could catch the early bus. 我起得很早为了能赶上早班车。6.hear the birds singing 听见鸟儿唱歌Hear (动词

4、) “听见”常见搭配：Hear of . “听说.”Hear from sb. “收到某人来信”hear sb.doing sth. “听见某人正在做某事”强调听见的动作正在进行hear sb.do sth.“听见某人做了某事”强调听见整个事情、行为的全过程Eg: Do you hear of this man? 你听说过这个人吗？She heard from her sister yesterday.她昨天收到姐姐的来信。I heard someone singing in the room. 我听见有人在房间唱歌。7.hardly (副词) “几乎不；几乎没”有否定意义，位于系动词、助动词

5、、情态动词后，是实义动词前hard (副词) 努力地 hard (形容词) 硬的、艰苦的Eg: (1) I can hardly know the news.我几乎不知道这个新闻。(2) He works hard.他工作努力。(3)He lives a hard life.他过着艰苦的生活。注意：hardly 为否定副词，变为反义疑问句时，附加疑问句用肯定式。Eg: He hardly laughed, did he? 他几乎不笑，对不对？hardly位于句首用倒装Eg: Hardly can he see anything. 他几乎看不见任何东西。8.In the city center
