2、指导教师(签名): 日期: 摘 要互联网技术的快速发展,使社会各界和互联网之间的融合度不断提升,我国传统的金融业当前正因为互联网和金融业之间的融合,而面临着极大的风险与机遇。互联网金融可以为金融机构的发展提供渠道、数据、技术等方面的核心竞争力。互联网金融作为互联网+的一员,因发展迅速,引起了金融业的极大关注。金融的本质是使资金在资金和供求之间进行转移。这种转移涉及资本所有权和使用权的分离。长期以来,我国商业银行一直处于资源优势和信贷优势的主导地位。互联网金融的出现打破了这种模式。以大数据、云计算等“开放、透明、共享、协作”技术为理念,资金供需都可以在互联网平台上直接交易,提高资源配置效率。减少
3、信息不对称,节约金融一体化成本,最大限度发挥金融中介机构的作用。在目前市场状况下,商业银行通过存款“利润”的管理模式已经无法适应环境的变化,互联网金融对商业银行业务发展的影响也越来越明显,这其中尤以互联网理财业务对商业银行理财业务影响更为突出。而目前学术界关于商业银行理财业务因互联网理财业务的出现而产生的变化方面的探讨基本是逻辑性为主,对互联网理财业务概念的界定几乎是模糊的。基于以上情况,笔者将就商业银行理财业务因互联网理财业务的出现而产生的变化方面进行深入研究,界定互联网理财产品及业务的内涵、发展历程与现状,通过全面地比较互联网理财和商业银行理财之间的联系,系统阐述前者之于后者的作用力,并就
4、研究结果对当前传统的商业银行所能采取的应对策略以及对于商业银行发展的普遍性借鉴与启示,并通过此研究为商业银行理财业务的创新发展提供思路借鉴。研究主要结论如下:(1) 互联网理财业务给商业银行理财业务带来的变化,主要可以分为积极影响和消极影响。从积极的方面来说,当前互联网形式的理财业务的出现,给商业银行开发了新的客户市场,使得商业银行扩展服务渠道,促使商业银行理财业务的创新;从消极的方面来说,该业务的产生,致使商业银行的理财业务的效益明显受到影响,抬升了商业银行理财业务成本,从而挤占商业银行理财业务的市场份额,挑战商业银行中介职能。(2) 基于互联网理财业务发展给商业银行理财业务造成的阻碍,引起
5、了各大银行的关注,并作出了对应的预防和解决办法,以提高自身的竞争力。本文以建行为案例,分析其应对互联网理财业务影响的策略,具体包括发行多种理财产品,降低产品准入门槛,提高产品收益率,应对互联网理财产品的冲击;构建综合性的服务平台,提升理财服务效率,获得更高的客户满意度;创建创新商业银行的互联网理财产品,实现线上线下全新金融服务的融合与创新。分析建行的应对策略,主要存在针对互联网理财业务创新的种类少、与互联网金融平台的合作少,操作平台亟待创新等方面的问题。基于建行应对互联网理财业务影响的案例分析,研究提出商业银行可以充分借鉴建建行的经验、吸取教训,通过创新金融业务,提高与互联网理财业务的竞争力,
6、通过银企合作提高商业银行竞争力,重点发展互联网技术体系核心竞争力。(3) 通过系统全面地分析互联网理财给商业银行理财造成的冲击,并结合建行成功的案例经验进行深入研究,研究提出商业银行理财业务发展中,可以从以下三个方面进行管理与改革:第一,强化业务创新能力,包括创新产品设计、创新运营模式及培养技术人才,以适应与互联网理财业务及类似性质企业的市场竞争标准;第二,重视与银企之间的协作,在与互联网企业合作的过程中,学习成熟的运营模式,改善服务质量,提高服务水平;第三,加强互联网技术支持,为互联网理财业务的创新发展提供技术支援,充分发挥互联网带给理财业务发展的机遇,同时发挥商业银行自身优势。 总之,商业
7、银行应重视互联网理财业务的开发,加快互联网布局,实现向一体化管理的转变,以保证在与互联网理财业务及金融企业的竞争中,保持商业银行的优势地位,实现顺应时代趋势的发展。本研究从商业银行发展的角度提出了促进互联网理财的对策,包括加强互联网理财产品的创新、加强大数据技术在银行财务管理业务中的应用,为互联网金融与商业银行理财业务的有效融合提供了理论指引。关键词:互联网;理财业务;商业银行AbstractWith the rapid development of Internet technology, the degree of integration between the community and

Internet finance can provide financial institutions with channels, data, technology and other aspects of core competitiveness. As a membe
9、r of Internet + , Internet finance has attracted great attention of the financial industry due to its rapid development. The essence of finance is to transfer funds between supply and demand. This transfer involves the separation of ownership and use of capital. For a long time, Chinas commercial ba
10、nks have been in the dominant position of resource advantage and credit advantage. The emergence of Internet finance has broken this pattern. With the concept of open, transparent, shared and collaborative technologies such as big data and cloud computing, capital supply and demand can be directly t
11、raded on Internet platforms to improve the efficiency of resource allocation. Reducing Information asymmetry, reducing the cost of financial integration and maximizing the role of financial intermediaries. Under the current market situation, the management mode of commercial banks profit through dep
12、osits can no longer adapt to the changes in the environment, and the impact of Internet finance on the business development of commercial banks has become more and more obvious, among them, the Internet financing business has a more prominent impact on the financial services of commercial banks. At
13、present, the academic research on the impact of Internet Financial Services on Commercial Bank financial services is mostly logical analysis, the definition of the concept of Internet financial services is almost fuzzy. Based on the above situation, this paper studies the impact of Internet financia
14、l planning on the financial planning business of commercial banks, and defines the connotation, development history and current situation of Internet financial planning products and business, this paper compares the Internet Financial Management Business with the Commercial Bank financial management
15、 business, and illustrates the impact of the development of Internet financial management business on the financial management business of commercial banks, it also puts forward the countermeasures of typical commercial banks and the Universal Reference and Enlightenment for the development of comme
16、rcial banks, and provides ideas for the innovative development of the financial management business of commercial banks. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The impact of Internet financial services on the financial services of commercial banks is positive and negative. On the positive side, th
17、e development of Internet wealth management business has opened up new customer markets for commercial banks, made them expand their service channels and promoted the innovation of their wealth management business. (2) Based on
19、 the influence of the development of Internet Financial Services on the development of financial services of commercial banks, various banks in China have taken relevant measures to improve their competitiveness. This paper analyzes the strategies to deal with the impact of Internet financial servic
20、es, including the issue of a variety of financial products, reduce the threshold of product access, improve product yield, to deal with the impact of Internet financial products; To build a comprehensive service platform, enhance the efficiency of financial services, access to higher Customer satisf
21、action; to create innovative commercial banks of Internet financial products, online and offline integration and innovation of new financial services. Analyzing the strategy of CCB, there are some problems, such as less kinds of internet financial business innovation, less cooperation with Internet

Based on the case analysis of CCBs response to the impact of Internet financial services, the study suggests that commercial banks can fully learn from CCBs experience and draw lessons, and improve their competitiveness with Interne
