1、2022年教师工作总结：中学挂职教师工作总结 老师工作总结：中学挂职老师的工作总结 老师工作总结：中学挂职老师的工作总结 一、基本状况介绍 阳春春三月，很荣兴能到上海育才才初级中学挂职熬炼，我实地地感受了上海的先进的教化理理念，第一次密切接触了上海海静安区的精品教化。 在二二个月的时间里，我把自己作作为育才的一员，和育才的师师生共同生活，共同工作。全全方位参与了育才初级中学的的日常管理，参与了学校的行行政例会，班主任会，教研组组长和年级组长例会，老师集集会，校本教研等，参加学校校的重大的教化教学活动，分分别和学校领导、一线老师进进行沟通，和不同的学生群体体进行调查和交谈，查阅了学学校的各种资料

2、、档案，听课课二十多节，听了四场心理学学报告，参与了四场教化教学学管理报告，撰写了几万字的的挂职熬炼日记，实地参与了了三场茶馆式校本研修，感受受到了段力佩老校长提倡的“有领导的茶馆式教研”的魅魅力。参与了静安区接着教化育学院附校的五十周年庆典和和教学展示活动。参观了静安安区接着教化学院、区教院附附校，建平学校、黄浦学校、市西学校，还利用休息日参参观了上海教化博览会、七宝宝古镇、上海植物园、上海鲜鲜花港、东海大桥、洋山深水水码头、上海博物馆，全面感感受了上海的历史、地理、人人文，受益匪浅，感受很深。 在上海的二个月，是我人人生中最重要的历经，我亲身身感受到上海不但经济腾飞，而且教化观念更新，教化

3、投投入大，给人一种全新的大办办教化，办大教化，办现代教教化的恢宏气概，给我以剧烈烈的心灵振憾！至今难以安静静。 二、挂职见闻及对上海海教化的总体印象。 上海的的教化做到了“一流的经济，一流的文化，一流的师资队队伍，一流的办学理念，一流流的教化质量”，有很多详细体的做法值得我们学习和深思思。 丰富多采的校名、校训训折射出学校办学各具特色。我们学校的校训大都是“八八字方针”-“团结勤奋奋，求实创新”，上海的学校校名称以人文、地理、历史、文化、时代精神等有深刻寓寓意的“名词”作校名，是一一大特色。例如：“继光高级级中学”校名具有双重寓意，一是纪念抗美援朝特级英雄雄黄继光，校内内的黄继光纪纪念园占地2

4、00余平方米，黄继光塑像于1995年建建成；二是“继承”和“光大大”学校的优秀文化和革命传传统。怀少学校意为“关怀少少年”。格致中学寓意着“格格物致知”。培民中学意为“培教无类、依材启民”，学学校教化教学行为，依校名而而施之，每年10节美术课课。北郊学校的校训是：“静静思、能群”。我所在的育才才初级中学的校训为“自治自自理，自学自创，自觉体锻”，每天早晨全体学生一到校校就上操场参与体育熬炼，进进行“挙操表演”，学校提出出“男挙女舞”的口号。学校校办学各具特色，从校名就可可略知一二。 19944年1996年上海市已经经完成了薄弱学校更新工程，1999年年完成了初中中小学标准化建设工程。上海海市以

5、政府牵头、教化部门参参加，以工程为抓手，周边学学校形成办学联合体，相互支支援，实现优质教化资源共享享，促进教化的均衡发展。我我所在的静安区学校都是设施施先进，管理精细，每一个学学校都有自己的特色，都有自自己的亮点，实地感受到了静静安区的精品教化。 上海海学校每天都实行升旗仪式，做早操，育才中学还要加上上学生的拳操展示。先是各班班组织学生在教室走廊站好纵纵队，然后在音乐声中有序进进场体育老师整队旗旗手出旗、升旗、奏国歌学生代表作国旗下的讲话做早操整队后各班在在音乐声中有序退场。整个过过程秩序井然，加上服装整齐齐，令人耳目一新。在整个升升旗仪式中，有四点令我难以以忘怀：一是全体老师到位；二是值日学

6、生不管人在哪里里，只要一听到国歌声，马上即面对国旗方向敬礼并高唱国国歌；三是每个班级都有一个个班牌，树在班级队伍的前面面；四是操场上有很多排列整整齐的圆点，每个学生都站在在圆点上，所以队伍前后左右右，侧面都是笔直整齐的。 其实早操及进出场的训练，这这就是最好的行为规范训练，能做好这四点，这个学校的的学生的行为规范养成训练就就已经过关了。人们常说细微环节节确定成败，但我还要说细微环节节张显特性，细微环节显示素养，细微环节影射品德，上海师生的的品德给我们留下了深刻的印印像，育才中学不愧为上海市市学生行为规范示范学校。 浓郁的校内文化是师生共同成成长的家园。在上海学习期间间，走访了十多所学校，每一一
