2、方法、估价实务。估价理论局部主要介绍不动产及其价格的概念、特点、类型及影响因素、不动产估价的 原那么;不动产估价的方法是本课程的重点内容,估价方法主要有收益还原法、市场比拟法、 剩余法、本钱法、路线价法、基准地价系数修正法、长期趋势法等,该局部主要介绍以上各 种估价方法的原理、适用公式、技术要求及实际应用;估价实务是估价理论、方法的具体应 用,反映估价人员估价理论和方法实践应用的综合能力。Introduction to the courses:The description of real estate appraisal course: Immovable property mainly r
