1、现代液态金属成形方法一、课程介绍现代液态金属成形方法是关于铸造的一门多学科交叉的应用科学,它 横跨冶金、化工和机械制造三大行业,涉及物理化学、流体力学、传热学、材料 学、冶金原理、金属凝固、金属学及热处理、高分子化学等等,学科众多,内涵 丰富。本课程现代液态金属成形方法为材料成形与控制工程专业本科生专业 选修课程。通过本课程的学习,使学生初步了解现代液态金属成形方法则与先进 制造技术密切相关,其内容包括优质、高效、低耗、绿色、无污染、可持续地为 制造业提供优质、高效、低耗、高质量、近终形毛坯或零件所涉及到的所有科学 技术,它是由传统铸造工艺理论发展起来的、并与计算机、信息、自动化、新材 料及现
2、代管理技术系统集成的集合体。本课程主要讲解现代液态金属成形方法的基本工艺理论和方法。主要内容包 括熔模铸造、金属型铸造、低压铸造、压力铸造、离心铸造方法等现代液态金属 成形方法及其原理。此外,本课程将适当介绍现代液态金属成形方法的现状、发 展趋势及最新技术成果,引导学生跟踪现代液态金属成形方法技术领域的最新发 展。本课程与材料成型原理.、工艺、设备等课程构成一个联系紧密的系统课程群。 其授课对象为材料成形与控制工程专业高年级本科生。本课程要求学生掌握现代 液态金属成形方法过程中涉及的材料成型原理,材料成型工艺,材料成型设备及 相关理论和技术。同时希望学生通过查阅相关技术资料结合实验课,开展专题

The present course together with principles, processing and equipments of materials forming and etc. makes up a closely related systematic cours
