11、xecution thereof shall be settled through friendly negotiation, in case no settlement can be reached through negotiations, the case under dispute shall be submitted for arbitration to the China Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Beijing in accordance with the provisional rules of procedures p

12、romulgated by the said arbitration commission. The award of the arbitration shall be final and binding upon both parties for revising the decision.
