2、e what they have learnt in this unit to write an email of their travel plan.教学 主题该板块的教学主题是“与信告诉朋友旅仃计划”(Write to a friend about a travel plan)。该板块 是从外国学生Richard的视角介绍中国最令他着迷的地方西安。这里的兵马俑是中华文化的 瑰宝，被称为“世界八大奇迹之一”，受到世界人民的喜爱与推崇。我国学生应该有更深刻的 认识，并引以为豪。同时，学生通过写作活动，探索、思考国内外有价值的旅游资源及其文化 内涵。教学 重点引导学生写一封语言简练、语义连贯、结

3、构清晰的电子邮件，介绍自己的旅行计划，并能恰当 融入表达情感的语言结构。教学 难点学习电子邮件的书写方式，能够独立完成电子邮件的写作，并能够运用在生活之中。此外，通 过本节课的学习，学生能够对中国文化有更深的认知。教 学 内 容 与 过 程Lead-in教师展示一些中国的风景名胜的相关图片或视频，带领学生进入本节课的学习。Step 1 Before writing(1)学生简单谈论中国的热门旅游城市。教师引导： For foreign visitors, which city in China may attract them most? Xian is always a popular de

4、stination for tourists. For a foreign tourist, Xian is a must-go place in China. What do you think is special about Xian?(2)学生阅读关于兵马俑的宣传页，然后回答卜面的问题：Please read the page about the Terracotta Army from a travel brochure and tell us what amazes you most.教学提示：学生回答时可能会直接读原文中的句子，教师可以帮助他们转化成自己的 语言，例如：“I wa

I cant believe there are more than 8,000 statues in the tomb. ” “The history of the Terracotta Army amazes me most.v Its unbelievable to me that they were discovered by accident.” 等。教帅可以同时板书 “I was amazed by ” Its unbelievable 等表达。(3)学生阅读Richard写给Xia。Li的邮件，说出邮件谈到了旅行计划的哪几个方面， 例如

6、： where to go when to go why how with whom what to do 等。(4)学生完成活动2中的第一个步骤。通过表格填写，教师引导学生分析邮件的文本备注结构。（5）学生完成活动2中的第二个步骤，用邮件中的词语完成句子，并思考这些句子所 起的作用。教师鼓励学生写出更多类似的表达，例如： I have been longing for . Its my dream destination. Ive always wanted to visit. Im dying to see . How exciting it is to .Step 2 While wri

7、ting（1）小组讨论。教师先提问：When we share our travel plans with our friends, what do we usually talk about?教师可以板书学生讨论的结果，例如：destination, main purpose for the trip, reasons for the trip, transport, accommodation, length of the trip, activity, other details （passport, visa, weather, credit card, shopping .）教学提示

8、：学生讨论时可以参考Richard写给Xiao Li的邮件中所提及的内容，并进行 适当的拓展。此活动设计是为了拓展学生后续写作的内容与思路。（2）写作准备。教师让学生确定一个旅游目的地，指导学生参考活动1中邮件的文本 结构。结合小组讨论的结果，列出旅行计划的内容提纲。（3）写初稿。学生在提纲的基础上，根据活动3中第一个步骤的要求写出初稿。学生 可以使用活动2中或前面讨论过的表达情感的句子。教学提示：既然是回信，学生首先要对Richard的来信作出评价和反馈，然后再谈自己 的假期旅行计划。这种加强语境设置的方法，有利于激发学生的写作动机，提高写作 任务的真实感。Step 3 After writ

9、ing（1）同伴互评。学生对照评价清单评价同伴的初稿，提出修改意见。教学提示：教师可以根据班级学生的学习能力和水平，适当增减评价清单中的项目。（2）修改作文。学生根据同伴意见修改作文。教师选取优秀作文向全班朗读或在教室 张贴。课题UNIT 2 TRAVELLING AROUNDPeriod 6 Assessing Your Progress学科英语班级授课教师教学 目标1. Activate and engage all the skills and knowledge students have learnt in this unit through having them complete the task to design a travel brochure.教学 主题在单元学习结束之后帮助学生总结、复习本单元词汇以及语法，并深入理解本单元主题，完成 旅游宣传册

11、的制作。教学 重点帮助学生熟练掌握和运用本单元词汇和语法。教学 难点学生能够熟练掌握和运用本单元词汇和语法，并能够独立完成一个旅行宣传册。教 学 内 容 与 过 程Step 1语言知识检测学生完成词汇和语法练习，教师核对答案并指导学生自我检测本单元词汇及语法知识 掌握的情况。学生完成活动1的填空以后，朗读明信片的内容，关注语义建构。完成 活动2后，学生结对，分角色表演对话。Step 2反思与评价学生先自由讨论，然后分别反馈学习情况。教师要给学生充分的思考和讨论时间，适 时引导，培养他们自我评价、自我反思和自我改进的能力。Step 3完成项目活动（1）学生通过头脑风暴活动，完成活动2中的第一个任

12、务，以此了解不同的旅行方式、 目的和意义。教师引导：People travel for different purposes, so there are different types of tours for different people. Besides those listed, can you think of more types? 13、ure/sporting/rail . tours ski/weekend getaway . trips（2）学生阅读活动1中三名外国学生的资料，找出关键信息。教师提问：Read the posts and find out the key information which can tell you what type of tours each of them wants.（3）学生四人一组，选择其中一名外国学生作为对象，完成旅行计划和旅游宣传册的 设计。第一步：小组成员课下分头查找资料，寻找最适合该学生的旅行路线。课上小组交流， 确定路线，然后按照活动2中的第二个任务要求讨论制订一份一

14、周的行程表。学生可 以参考练习册 Using Structures 中活动 5 的 Travel Itineraryo 第二步：设计旅游宣传册。学生分工合作，完成小组作品设计。备注教学提示：教师提醒学生回忆Reading and Thinking板块里有关秘鲁的旅游宣传册的设 计，要具备 vivid pictures beautiful design clear structure powerful and expressive language等特点，同时鼓励学生使用本单元学过的富有表现力的词汇和句型。(4)小组作品展示与评比。Step 4 HomeworkPolish your brochure with the advice from your partners and your teacher.Revise the words and expressions of the unit.
