4、Hiring managers are less likely to choose candidates(候选人)who appear to be too self-absorbed or stubborn in their social media posts, according to some researchers.The research team got 436 hiring managers from a variety of organizations. The researchers described imagined job candidates who answered
5、 interview questions well and showed love for the job. Next, they asked the participants to review parts of the candidates* blog content and to assess their employment suitability. The researchers found that self-absorption negatively affected hiring managers* way of seeing candidates1 employment su
6、itability and that self-absorption was more important than stubbornness in causing these negative feelings.Social networking sites often cause people to tell others about their every deed and thought/ says the lead researcher Tews. It could be that hiring managers consider people who are more self-a
