1、护理本科临床实习教学评价体系效果研究摘要 目 研究教学评价体系在本科护理专业学生临床实习中所发挥作用和效果。 办法 选用我院1月-12月护理部带教实习教师328名以及其带领467名护理实习生作为研究对象。依照实习带教时间分为2组,其中1月-12月149名带教教师和190例实习生列为A组,1月-12月179名带教教师和277例实习生列为B组。A组实习模式为常规带教实习模式,而B组实习模式采用教学评价体系,通过带教教师年终考核、末位裁减、竞聘上岗等模式开展实习教学工作。通过对两组护理实习生自我评价满意率、患者及家属护理满意度、实习生毕业后三甲医院就业率、全国执业护士资格考试通过率以及临床护理带教教
2、师年度考核通过率和满意度等评价成果进行对比,采用数据软件SPSS17.0进行记录学分析。 成果 B组实习生自我评价满意率51.4%明显高于A组32.2,末位裁减率2.8%明显高于A组8.1%,毕业后3年三甲医院就业率57%明显高于A组30.8%,执业职工考试通过率84.9%明显高于A组69.1%,组间差别P0.05;带教教师年度考核通过率B组为94.2%明显高于A组82.1%,学生护理时间满意度为69.3%明显高于A组60%,患者满意度93.1%明显高于A组72.1%,综合教师教学实践合格率74.7%明显高于A组67.3%,组间差别P0.05,有记录学差。 结论 通过制定统一评价原则及时改进教
