1、2022年教师工作总结 三年级美术教师工作总结 老师工作总结 三年级美术老师工作总结 老师工作总结 三年级美术老师工作总结 岁月如梭,转瞬间一个学期又要结束了。在这一个学期中,我担当三年级美术教学工作。在工作中我享受到了收获与喜悦,也在工作中发觉一些存在的问题。我对这一个学期中的美术课教学工作总结如下: 一、 教学安排贯彻状况 教学中仔细遵照教学大纲要求,仔细贯彻党的教化方针,坚持思想教化和技能教化,大力推广素养教化,按时按质地完成了本期的教化教学工作,工作上兢兢业业,爱校如家,对学生以身作则,言传身教。 二、教学工作 在教化教学工作中,我仔细遵照教学大纲的要求,遵循美术教化原则,依据学校的实
2、际状况以及学生的年龄特征制定出切实可行的教学安排。同时在课堂上仔细上好每一节课,把自己所学的学问尽心的传授给学生,使学生学到了肯定的基础学问,驾驭了美术的基本技能和技巧,同时也学会了推断美和创建美,提高了学生的审美实力。在教学中,我注意激发学生学习美术的爱好。我认为爱好是学习美术的基本动力,我充分发挥美术教学的特有魅力,使课程内容形式和教学方式都能激发学生的学习爱好,并使这种转化成长久的情感看法。同时将美术课程内容与学生的生活阅历紧密联系在一起,强调了学问和技能在帮助学美化生活方面的作用,使学生在实际生活中领悟美术的独特魅力。 为使学生形成基本的美术素养。在美术教学中,我还注意面对全体学生,以
3、学生发展为本,培育学生的人文精神和审美实力,为促进学生健全人格的形成,促进他们全面发展奠定良好的基矗因此,我选择了基础的有利于学生发展的美术学问和机能,结合过程和方法,组成课程的基本内容。同时,要课程内容的层次性适应不同素养的学生,使他们在美术学习过程中,逐步体会到美术学习的特征,形成基本的美术素养和学习实力,为终身学习奠定基矗 三、 阅历和教训 1老师要仔细贯彻本教学大纲的精神,处理好思想品德教化、审美教化、实力培育和双基训练的关系。在传授双基、培育实力过程中,加强思想品德教化。要充分发挥美术教学情感陶冶的功能,努力培育学生健康的审美情趣,提中学生的审美实力。 2要贯彻启发式原则,实行多种教
4、学形式,充分调动学生的学习主动性,使他们生动 活泼地学习,大胆地进行艺术表现和创建。 3老师应加强示范,并充分利用展示图片、美术作品及放映幻灯、影片、录像片等教 学手段和现代教化技术进行直观教学。 4要关切美术教学的改革和发展,主动进行教学改革试验,努力提高教学质量。 5学业考核以平常成果为主,考核可实行多种方式。 6、对学生美术学习的评价要 尽可能做到看法习惯养成和学问实力发展并重,并激励大胆创进和特性发挥,即着眼于实际成果,更注意将来发展。 7、美术教学要尽量留意学科间的联系。如在讲到点、线、面等概念时,可联系数学中的相关概念来说明。 四、自身素养 课堂之余,我仔细参与了学校以及教研组组织
