1、2022年五年级教师工作总结:语文教师工作总结 五年级老师工作总结:语文老师工作总结 五年级老师工作总结:语文老师工作总结 以下是无忧考网为大家整理的关于五年级老师工作总结:语文老师工作总结的文章,供大家学习参考! 光阴似箭,岁月如梭,转瞬一学期的教学工作已经结束。本学期,我接着担当五年级的语文教学工作,回首这一学期的教学工作,感受颇深。 一、基本状况分析 本班学生49人,部分学生头脑聪慧敏捷,求知欲强,个别仿照性强,对语文学习充溢了深厚的爱好,特殊是在阅读方面以及在写作文方面表现得尤为突出。而部分学生虽然能按时完成作业,上课宁静听讲,却未能主动开动脑筋思索问题,未能大胆发表自己的见解。还有个
2、别学生则有“厌学”的症状,表现在家庭作业长期欠交,学习消极应付,成果不志向。 针对上学期本班学生所表现出来的特征,本人在本学期对语文教学工作做了些调整,也取得了一些成果和阅历,现作出总结 二、提高教学质量的做法 抓基础学问和基本技能 在上学期期末考试中,显示出本班的基础学问驾驭得不够扎实,本学期在这方面进行了狠抓。如对课文的生字新词和要求背诵的内容,肯定要全班同学都过关。对于学习的重点,简单失分的学问,我则采纳了多种形式的练习,小结方法,练习巩固等,争取绝大部分学生在课堂里过关。另外,对于学生马虎做作业书潦草的现象,我要求全班学生做作业一律用钢笔书写,课余让他们练写字帖。一学期下来,学生在字词
3、句方面的学问得到了巩固,提高了他们学习的基本技能和语文实力。 做好学习方法的指导 俗话说,“磨刀不误砍柴功”。最重要的学习莫过于方法的学习。搞好了学习方法的指导,对提高学生学习成果是有很大的好处的。因此,我在教学不同的学问点时,都结合学生学习的状况来渗透学习方法的指导。 在预习课文时,要求学生“读画思写问”的五步预习方法,意思是“读课文、画词句、思内容、写批注、问不解”的方法。学生驾驭这个预习方法,有利于提高他的自学实力和阅读水平。 在阅读教学上,我留意理清文章的脉络,渗透理解词句的方法,指导学生抓住文眼来理解中心,归纳小结“分段、概括段意、概括主要内容、体会思想感情、感悟表达方法”等阅读技能
4、,并进行迁移学习到同体裁的课文中去,收到举一反三的效果。 在习作教学上,引导学生细致视察周边的事物,关切时事,对于热点的猪流感等事务,让学生时时追踪事态的发展,并把自己的感受诉诸笔端。把从课堂教学中学到的课文表达方法迁移运用,多积累素材,多练笔,学生的表达实力亦然不断提高。 在综合性学习中,为了培育学生的语文实力,让学生多实践,多思索,多总结。我组织多种展示课,让学生把自己收集到的资料汇总分类,确定探讨主题,走出学校,深化家庭,走进社会来进行调查探讨,学生的探讨报告虽然内容欠详细,结论欠精准,但已初步出现了学生才智的火花。 当然,培育学生良好的学习习惯也是关键,要求学生仔细书写,按时完成作业,
5、用心听讲,大胆发言,定期复习等则始终在整下教学过程中要强调的内容。 做好转差工作 本班极需帮助的差生大约有五名,提高他们的成果,对提高全班整体的学习质量有很大的作用。我采纳的方式是“以多优带一差”的方法,帮助差生制定出学习目标和学习内容,每天让优生抽出半小时帮助他们驾驭,因为是多名优生来帮助,所以他们都不会有增大负担的感觉。另外我还设了嘉奖的制度,形成了竞争的机制。通过单元和学问点的小测,检查他们的学习效果,刚好给差生激励,使他们重拾学习的信念。 拓展学问视野 语文教学必需重视积累运用,只有学生对学问有了肯定积累之后才能运用。为了拓展学生的学问视野,我开展了一系列的语文活动:1、优秀文段朗读。
6、通过学生自主搜寻优秀文段,使学生主动进行课外阅读,学生的阅读量增加的同时,学生必定收获了很多东西。2、好词佳句的收集。在不断收集整理的过程中,学生的词汇积累有了明显的增多。3、原创得意句段的展示。4、开展各种语文活动。如辩论、演讲、出手抄报等等。学生在活动中增长了学问,训练了动脑、动口、动手的实力。 三、取得的主要成果 1、本人在本学期中参与了学区举办的青年老师教学比武中,荣获三等奖。此次参赛给了我熬炼的机会,也让我在同行的身上学到了更有效的教学技能。 2、学生整体学问水平和学习的基本技能有较大的提高,对学习增加了信念,后进生的转化率和及格率均有提高。 四、存在问题与不足 1、同学们的作业,部
