1、Unit 4语法篇_理解并掌握状语从句的用法状语从句一、 状语从句概念用来修饰主句中的动词，副词或形容词的从句叫状语从句。根据其含义状语从句又可以具体分为时间状语从句、原因状语从句等。本单元主要讲解when引导的时间状语从句、because引导的原因状语从句和although引导的让步状语从句。二、 状语从句分类1.when引导的时间状语从句when意为”在时；当时”，可表示”时间点”或”时间段”，从句的谓语动词可以是延续性的动词，也可以是瞬时动词。用when时，从句的动作可与主句的动作同时发生，也可先于主句的动作发生。另外，在时间状语从句中里(包括until, before, as soon

2、 as引导的)，通常不用将来时态，而用现在时态表示将来的动作或状态，也就是常说的”主将从现”。例如： I will tell him everything when he comes back. 当他回来以后，我会把一切都告诉他。2. because引导的原因状语从句because引导的从句一般不放句子的开头。对于以why开头的问句，一般只能用because引导的句子来回答。在所有能引导原因状语从句的连词中，because语气最强，原因最直接。例如：I missed the train because I got up late. 我错过了火车，因为我起床晚了。3.although引导的让步状

3、语从句although与though两者意思相同，常用来引导让步状语从句，一般可互换，都可与yet或still连用。例如：Although/ Though we are poor, we are still happy. 我们虽然穷，但仍然很快活。注意：汉语中很多连词都是成对出现的，比如：因为所以；尽管但是。但是在英语中because和so， although/though和but不能同时出现在一个句子中。例如：Because it was raining, we stayed at home. =It was raining, so we stayed at home.Although it
